An innovative gin, or perhaps not even a gin, a sotolo with the typical botanicals of gin. The master sotolero Carlos Aragòn Herrera, in his Ruelas home farm, in Alama, Chihuahua, wanted to pay homage to the very European gin with an innovative and Mexican product to the core.
